There was a season in my life when waking up felt heavy. My mind would race before my feet even touched the floor. I’d scroll through my phone, get lost in the noise, and before I knew it, the whole day had slipped through my fingers - and so had my sense of calm.

But everything started to shift when I decided to build a slow, intentional morning devotional routine. Not just a checklist of Christian things to do, but a sacred rhythm that grounded my heart.
